Located in Chikkaballapur, this housing project is envisioned as a contemporary response to climate, community, and urban living. The architecture balances simplicity with warmth through a restrained material palette, deep balconies, shaded entrances, and carefully framed openings that respond to light and ventilation.
The project is designed to create a sense of familiarity and comfort while maintaining a strong visual identity along the street edge. Transitional spaces such as entrance lobbies, balconies, and semi-open corridors encourage interaction and soften the threshold between private and shared life. Defined by clean lines, earthy textures, and an interplay of light and shadow, the housing aims to provide a calm and enduring living environment rooted in its local context.
